Hey boys!

Quit being so surprised by female lovers of hip-hop! We do exist. No, I am not the only one, and there are many women in hop-hop: MC Lyte for one. Remember, Roxanne Shante was there at the beginning, then came Salt and Pepa and Spin, Queen "Ladies First" Latifah, Mony Love, etc, etc. Of course if my tastes make me a hot commodity, I'm with that.

I love the sistas of hip hop. I've been a fan of female rappers ever since I heard Funk You Up by Sequence featuring a 16yr old Angie Stone.

Nice blog, definately an escape from the mundane and sometimes awfully *cute* blogs i've come across on this site. I was thinking of perhaps creating my own in the community and taking a few sample looks when i came across yours. Perhaps we could chat sometime, although your posts resonant with intelligence i'm afraid i can't match. I can tell a good blonde joke though...

Feels only fair to exchange sites since i've read all your entries. Who knows, maybe i can at least give you some entertainment in the day or the very least, a smile/chuckle or two?

PS.
How goes it with the french? I'm a francophone, albeit i definately massacre the language a bit; more than a few waiters have dropped their head in shameful pity at my expense.
